It’s been nice having banner property management company handling my rental properties. I managed my own properties for 15yrs. It was a big relief when banner took over. I don’t worry about my properties because I know they’re in good hands. When repairs need to be done, they get done. All I have to do is check up on my properties once or twice a year, and thats only because I still like to see what’s going on.
