They did a great job. My piano hasn’t been tuned in at least 50 years. Surprisingly they got the piano up to pitch. Because of the age of the piano it needs one more tuning in 6 months and we will be hiring Wasatch for that job too!

Jacob was on time, went right to work and did an excellent job. The piano hadn't been tuned in 6 years. It sounds new and wonderful. We'll definitely use his services again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flat rate with taxes added into the final total. Discounts are only applicable when the conditions for the discount are satisfied. Discount conditions are under or directly following discount information. Payment is due after completion of a piano tuning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll help you get an appointment set, whether that's by directing you to our online booking tool, or by assisting you through the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained for one full year by the company that tunes most of the pianos for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. With them we tuned over 2,500 pianos annually.
