FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
cheapest is typically not the best. if someone is willing to do the work for rock bottom prices, you've got to wonder how they are going to make money off it. Will they cut corners? use the cheapest products they can find? if you are being paid to do work, you owe your client professional results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
meet with them or a phone call, to discuss what thier need is and what I can fldo to resolve it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of experience, very excellent mentors, and a dad who taught me from the beginning how to repair things.
