They forgot about the appointment and ran late on the rescheduled date. Took over 90 min on drawing and getting the bid ready. The price of the bid was almost 3x more than the other companies that stopped by.

We ordered a large pergola from Western Timber 2 years ago and we love it! We spend time out under it everyday until the snow flies and we put our patio furniture away. Western Timber designed a custom Pergola/Pavilion based on a design that my wife and I liked. Mark was great to work with. He drove all the way up to Logan to map everything out.
We've had our structure for 2 years now and it looks exactly like it did on day 1.
