Great experience with T. Byrd's Heating & Air. They were responsive, showed up as scheduled, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of jumping to unnecessary repairs. They found that a fallen brick in the crawl space had partially crushed a duct and restricted the airflow, causing the coil to freeze. The repair was straightforward, the pricing was fair, and they explained everything clearly. I appreciated their honesty and would definitely use them again.
