- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Emergency Rooter Plumbing & Repair Services is a family-owned business that takes every job seriously. One of the luxuries of working with a family-owned business is avoiding extra overhead costs associated with other larger companies. We pride ourselves on keeping every job fair and honest, including other intricate and complex jobs that may need more oversight.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Founder and CEO, Clifford, is the lead operator and holds the title and license of Master Plumber, along with several other specialized plumbing licenses. Additionally, all of our plumbers are licensed and actively pursue further education. Not all companies employ licensed plumbers, so we encourage you to ask any of our plumbers about their licensing.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Once you select a project or a problem identified, it's necessary to provide as much detail as possible about the task. Assessing the issue or project can be challenging without all the information. One common issue is that some jobs may appear simple, like an exterior leak that is easily visible. However, the underlying problem might be within the interior, out of sight. Our team excels at pinpointing issues and providing the right solutions.
