These guys are honest. They came to start cleanup and tested the walls and carpet for moisture & said, you dont really need our services, we could clean your carpet if you likeBut the moisture level is safe & is dry enoughWe decided to get the carpet cleaned because they are great .Wow, a company with integrity!!!

I didn't use these guys for flood services but i did use them for carpet cleaning. From my experience, the company was very professional.They were willing to work with me to make things make sense financially and the service and experience was great.

Dave's response to my service request was terrific. He and his team came quickly and immediately commenced the restoration process. I especially appreciated the very professional manner in which Dave negotiated the terms of the services he and his team would dispense. The price quoted was very fair. Dave and his team worked quickly and thoroughly. I was greatly impressed with the quality of all the work done. All things considered, I feel I received a terrific deal. I would definitely hire Dave again.

I Left to take kids to school and run errands and when I pulled back into my driveway I noticed water pouring out of the front of my house and running down the driveway! Apparently one of my kids flushed the toilet and it flooded and never stopped! I was referred to Utah Disaster Team by a friend. They got here fast and we're very professional. They fixed all my water damage on both floors and was dried fast. Thanks Dave and his crew, you are the best!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We guarantee the best value of any restoration / mitigation company. homeowners love that we use industry wide standardized pricing where insurance companies and restoration companies have come together to set standard pricing, we follow those prices which are very competitive. we also offer free estimates and inspections on emergency water damage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Mold, Water Damage and other serious damage to your home can be extremely frustrating and stressful. Have peace knowing we will take it from here to help get you back to normal as fast as possible. We are typically twice as fast as most of our competition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have decades of experience, we have seen it all. experience is good, but we believe in ongoing weekly training, we require 2 hours a week of continuing education classes every single week for all our techs! we beleive this keeps them all at the tippy top of their game and alsways using best practices and technology. Also we are IICRC certified.
