- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We guarantee the best value of any restoration / mitigation company. homeowners love that we use industry wide standardized pricing where insurance companies and restoration companies have come together to set standard pricing, we follow those prices which are very competitive. we also offer free estimates and inspections on emergency water damage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Mold, Water Damage and other serious damage to your home can be extremely frustrating and stressful. Have peace knowing we will take it from here to help get you back to normal as fast as possible. We are typically twice as fast as most of our competition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have decades of experience, we have seen it all. experience is good, but we believe in ongoing weekly training, we require 2 hours a week of continuing education classes every single week for all our techs! we beleive this keeps them all at the tippy top of their game and alsways using best practices and technology. Also we are IICRC certified.
