- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have Organizing Sessions available starting at $260. Each area typically takes 4-6 hours. Kitchens usually take about 10 hours, garages are about 15 hours. We are able to work closely with our clients to help you make decisions or we can just take care of it for you. Our Sessions are like doing a giant 3D puzzle with multiple variables. After we sort, help declutter and decide on a system for your space and needs, we can offer suggestions to upgrade your space or do all the shopping and fine tuning, as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hiring an Organizer starts with chatting with them on the phone or through text. We will ask some questions about the areas to be organized to get a good scope of the project. Pictures always help determine the best plan of action. During this time we will also discuss booking a session, options available for services provided and describe the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For years, I helped other military families declutter and purge their homes to prepare for moving. I have several years experience working with other Professional Organizers
