- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our pricing is set up on a point system. We can clean such a large array of things that it’s easier for us to let people buy cleaning points and use them when they need them. We will typically let a customer look at the chart when we are out cleaning their desired area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are people, backed by a great cleaning service. Some customers want the technicalities of why what we do works, while others just want the results. We’ve learned how to help both.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twenty thousand hours of hands on experience with one piece of equipment that cleans almost everything.
