This company was very professional with all interactions including the first phone conversation. I had many questions about the product and process and Marc answered all those before I had asked. My impression is that these guys must be leading the industry for this type of installation.

From the first estimate to my finished walk-in shower each person I met was kind, professional and so friendly, willing to work with me to provide the best shower for my needs. The products they use are so beautiful and installed with care. I absolutely love my new shower. It is now the most elegant room in my house. I have recommended Five Star to my friends and neighbors and if I could would give them ten stars!

During some planned repainting, we noticed that our shower wall was peeling away from the drywall and figured that couldnt be a good sign and were on the hunt for a bathroom remodeling company. We reached out to a few companies and Five Star Bath didnt hesitate to give us an estimate to include whatever damage might be behind the wall and included remodeling our outdated bathroom at the same time. Turns out our shower pan had been leaking for a while and there was a bit of a mess behind the shower. Marc was able to get us an estimate and schedule the remodel within a couple weeks and were very accommodating to our timeline since we had a previously planned spring break trip. Lorin, Chris and Landon were able to complete their portion of the remodel in about a week and at the moment we are just waiting for the glass walls. They crew were very nice and friendly, they took care to put down plastic protective sheeting on the carpet and hauled away all of the trash and debris. Our in house project manager (very inquisitive 5 year old) was on hand to supervise and the team were very kind and answered all of her questions and made her feel so special. We are very impressed with the speed with which we were able to get our bathroom taken care of and the finished product is great!

These guys are amazing! Helping get my parents get a quote was super easy with their office manager Lealie helping me with the appointment and Marc answering any questions my parents had. The owner, I think his name is Brad, reached out to my parents to see how their experience was and if there was anything he could help them with. Once my parents cadecided what they wanted to do, it was like done in a blink of an eye. My parents really enjoyed Carlson installing their new shower and he was very informative with any questions they had. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. You definitely can't go wrong with this company and their team.

Five Star Bath Solutions is an amazing company. From Leslie in the office to Nathaniel as the project manager to Brad the owner each is one was very professional. We worked primarily with Carlson, the lead installer. Not only is he professional, he is the hardest worker Ive ever seen. I dont think I even saw him take a break. He is fast and his work is perfect. He also cleaned up every night. Carlson made really good suggestions. For example, he suggested the wainscoting we picked out might be too busy. He was absolutely right. We are really happy with the way it turned out. Ive attached a before photo showing the oak heavy 80s bathroom. You can almost hear Huey Lewis in the background. Then there is the new one from this century. The photos dont do it justice. Thanks everyone at Five Star!
