I was able to easily make an appointment for the time I wanted my carpet cleaned. Dean was on time and did a very thourough job. The carpets look and smell great! My son who has allergies is ecstatic at how much nicer the basement is to breathe in in now that all evidence of the cats that used to be there is gone!

We offer discounts if you do multiple services such a percentage or free room etc. just ask when you book with us what other services we offer that you may need!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect there info to put in our system so we can keep them in the loop of when we arrive and then when we arrive we introduce ourselves and have customer show us around and always give pricing before work is done. Then we make sure they are satisfied and respond to any questions concerns that may come up after we leave!

Iicrc certified and general contractor license I have down thousands of jobs over 20years and most my training is from experience
