My wife and I were looking to redo our flooring in our home, we evaluated many different contractors and not solely focusing on the lowest bid possible. We went with IV Construction based on the attention to detail and intuitive estimating experience they showed. They showed up and gave us a quality result. We definitely plan on having them back when we remodel our basement.
