I've practiced yoga for over 24 years. There are many different disciplines. Everyone has their favorite. I've had good instructors & bad. When I take Clasie's sessions I leave feeling at peace. I know I've had an amazing workout, released any stored tensions & recharged myself for the week. Her class is everything yoga SHOULD be. Clasie is kind, professional, and incredibly talented. 10/10 would recommend!

Clasie truly takes her time to understand her students needs and gives variations and options for all poses. I know I can come to her for help when it comes to my well being and if I want to advance my practice.
