FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are flat fees for a defined result, not hourly. This gives you the knowledge that a quote can be relied on as a strong estimate, and also incentivizes me to complete your work quickly. However, I do employ an hourly rate if the project and outcome are difficult to define, such as resolving IRS or state tax notices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like a brief introduction from both parties, then I define their situation. Since everybody is different, everybody needs a tailored approach to their tax situation. After a 30 minute call, I like to give a quote, then invite them to work together with me on completing their desired task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master Degree from Weber State University. More importantly, I have more than a decade of experience.
