I had a small flat roof on my sunroom which needed repaired or replaced. Within an hour Jose Torres roofing replayed back to me; and wanting to give me a quote to fix my flat roof. Jose met with me the very next day to go over the roof. He was prompt and arrived at the house when he said he would. Jose was very professional and showed common courtesy and respect. He brought with him all the samples which he would use to repair my roof. He demonstrated how the membrane system worked. Plus his plan on how he would repair my roof; because I had wet rotten OSB (under-ply) under the gravel. I was very impressed with that meeting. His bid was right where I needed it to be (much lower than other bids) so; I hired Jose to repair the roof. He did a fantastic job. It only took him several hours to remove all the gravel, replace sections of OSB and install the membrane system. His crew left my yard looking better than when he got there. The tarp, clamps and rocks I had covering the roof were folded and set aside. I am very placed with his work. I would recommend Jose Torres roofing to anyone. Wade Orem; Utah

I'm very happy with my new roof! Jose and his team did an excellent job and completed the project on time. Most other roofers wanted to just slap a new layer of shingles over my old roof, but Jose scraped it clean, replaced some damaged wood, put down the new roof, installed a ridge vent, and then painted some ugly vent pipes so they blended in. He put planks down under the dumpster to protect my driveway from cracking. He also happened to be the best price of the 3 quotes I received.
