Introduction

Hello my name is Carlos Arzate I been working with concrete for around 8 years. I started with a small residential concrete company doing driveways, additions, sidewalks and patios. After that I moved around to different companies and worked my way to superintendent for one of biggest concrete companies nationwide working in high rises all over Phoenix, Arizona and Salt Lake City, Utah most recently building the tunnel for the Salt Lake City International Airport. With that I decided to start my own company and bring that same motivation and work ethic to my company.

My job was a driveway expansion that required digging out a hill that had a ton of roots and some sprinkler lines. In addition the removal and replacement of a patio that was in poor condition in the backyard. Carlos and his team did an excellent job with the digging and preparation for the pouring of the new concrete. I am very satisfied with the finished product.

They were very punctual and honest. Another company had quoted me 700-900$ for the work I wanted and they did it for hundreds of dollara cheaper. I would highly recommend them for any concrete work.

Carlos was great to work with! We had a relatively big job to poor an additional pad of concrete for our driveway and a sidewalk into our backyard for our daylight basement. His price was very competitive and his team did high quality work. He was great with the details, making sure we were happy with where the joints were placed and the texture of the finished concrete. He saw the job through to the end with every detail, following up to text us about coming to finish cleaning and power washing. The timing of our job was delayed a little bit because of factors outside of his control (i.e. dumpster was delayed and gravel was delayed). We felt like that was to be expected with a larger job like ours. The one piece of feedback we would give in relation to this is a little bit more regular contact when he did not hear back from the other subcontractors he was working with; however, whenever we asked for an update, he was quick to respond and provide detail. Overall, Carlos was great to work with and we would definitely recommend him. He has a lot of experience and will make sure your job is done well.
