I have been in the construction industry for 27 years, I also have alot of experience with interior design work. I prefer higher end work but I do enjoy all of it. I am a perfectionist and I never cut any corners on the quality of work, I always make sure the customer is 100% satisfied before I leave the project after completion. I work with you and get your approval all along the way. No project to big or small. Most of my work has always been from referrals but trying something new. HIRE THEM! JUST DO IT! We got screwed over in the most extensive way possible last year. I have been so nervous to hire someone to finish the job (and fix a lot too). Trust me... don't even look anywhere else. They are always on time, communicative, and fairly priced. Their work is PERFECT! I originally hired them to install a new front door and after that basically handed over the reigns for the rest of the house. They will be coming back after we refinish our floors and I will update with photos when all is done. So grateful to have someone with actual work ethic!

I contact Emerge Builders Friday evening asking if they could replace a door jamb, door, and casing on Saturday. I sent a few pictures and described what I wanted done. They replied almost immediately and made themselves available to complete the project the next morning. I was updated on arrival time and they completed the project quickly and did fantastic work. Before they left I got quotes on 2 other projects and I intend on hiring them for. 10/10 experience

We had a brand new French door installed in one the rooms, but there's a pretty big gap from the bottom of door to the ground. Looks a little awkward, but I guess it is what it is and probably hard to fix. Other than that I have no complaints!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I show up open minded, very willing to give my advice on any project and help through the design and build process, very willing to listen to what they want and design the project to what works best for them and inside the budget they have set for the project as much as possible.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in construction 25 years ago. I have been self employed doing it for about 18 years. I have done all types of framing metal a wood, drywall, tile, hardwood floors, laminate floors, base casings shelves, decks, full additions, basements, remodels. I do prefer to do finish carpentry and hardwood and laminate flooring and decks now but still happy to venture back out into all other projects.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had a very broad range of customers from all walks of life, enjoyed working with all of them. some much more aware of exactly what they wanted, many not sure but I gave them many different ideas until they found one that they felt worked best for them and their situation, and budget.
