Gerardo and his crew were great! They worked fast and were able to get started almost immediately. They did all the work for the best value and Gerardo was very responsive to questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend them.

Gerado and Team has been great. Because of the bipolar weather they been in and out but overall they have done most of what we talked about on our basement. There was a small miscommunication but overall himself and the crew has been nothing but amazing. Thank you Roco.

DO NOT HIRE THIS BUSINESS. We hired Roco Construction to do demolition, update electrical, plumbing and HVAC on a kitchen refresh. I already had a cabinet maker, painter, and fabricator for countertops arranged. I should have stopped doing business after the first day. 2 Spanish only speaking workers came for demolition. I had to call Geraldo to communicate with them. After they finished, I had 8 scratches in my hardwood floor, 2 so deep it left a valley in the floor where it was repaired. The repair set the project back by a week and I hadn’t planned on redoing floors. From that point on, nothing was done correctly. When it came time to install appliances we realized all the short cuts and errors were made. HVAC was not vented properly, so paid additional money to have that redone. After installing sinks and disposal, there was no hot water and low pressure, so I hired another plumber to fix that. It just needed blown out since something clogged the line, but I feel they should have checked water pressure and hot water before they said it was done. The biggest problem was the electrical. They installed low voltage under counter lights with outlets, and the light blew out after 20 minutes. Lights required a 12V DC convertor and electrician put a 16V AC converter. When I hired a new electrician, they found open junction boxes in the wall and the floor of attic among the installation, use of speaker wire instead of approved wire. They also found overloaded circuits and lines spliced together in the attic. We ended up needing another panel put in which I feel Rocos electrician should have know to do, instead of overloading circuits and junction boxes. The extra electrical, plumbing and HVAC work required breaking through walls that had already been dry walled and painted so I had to do that again. It basically cost me 5 weeks delay and an additional $8000 to redo all the work I paid Roco construction to do. Also, I was not able to communicate with most of the workers as they spoke primarily Spanish and I am not bilingual. I had to use Goggle translate sometimes to communicate with the workers in my house. I will agree with other’s reviews, in that Geraldo and his team are friendly. Just don’t be mislead.

Details: Full remodel of existing kitchen • No, plumbing will not need to be relocated • Yes, electrical will need to be relocated • Already have plans - just need installation • Residential
