Hello I’m Colby. I have been flipping houses and doing handyman work for 5 years now. I take extreme pride in my work and I’m never okay with just good enough. A VERBAL/TEXT CONFIRMATION BETWEEN MYSELF AND CLIENT IS REQUIRED FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS, AND ANY JOB, BEFORE I ARRIVE TO APPOINTMENTS TO ENSURE APPOINTMENT IS IN FACT SCHEDULED. I WILL NOT SHOW UP TO BOOKINGS IF NO COMMUNICATION (at least 24 hours) HAS BEEN MADE BY CLIENT.
