Astrid is amazingggg. I feel so happy inside my home because it’s beautiful and brings me peace. I’m so OBSESSED with my house now. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on an hourly rate for full design. We also offer virtual design services by package. All prices are based on the project scope of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we send a Client questionnaire so we can know more about the project. If the customer wants, we jump on a quick call to talk about the details. We set up an initial consultation, we evaluate the project and send a personalized proposal with the contract and the scope of work. Once the contract is signed, we get started with the project. The first consultation can be done on the site for a fee. This fee will be taken from the total.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2017- I received my Bachelor's degree in Interior Design. 2020-Master's degree in Interior design for hotels bars, and restaurants. (Barcelona, Spain.)
