FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact and Inquiry: I respond promptly to the client's inquiry, whether it's through phone, email, or an online form. I gather basic information such as the client's location, the size of the property, the frequency of cleaning required, and any specific cleaning preferences or concerns the client may have. Proposal and Agreement: I provide the client with a written proposal outlining the scope of work, the frequency of cleaning, the cost of services, and any other terms and conditions. Once the client accepts the proposal, we formalize the agreement through a signed contract or service agreement. Scheduling and Coordination: I work with the client to schedule the first cleaning appointment at a convenient time for them. I ensure that I have all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment ready before the scheduled appointment. Initial Cleaning Visit: During the first cleaning visit, I pay extra attention to detail to ensure that I meet the client's expectations and standards. I communicate with the client throughout the cleaning process to address any questions or concerns they may have. Ongoing Communication and Feedback: I maintain open communication with the client to address any changes in cleaning needs or preferences. I encourage the client to provide feedback after each cleaning visit to ensure their satisfaction and to make any necessary adjustments to the cleaning plan. By following this process, I aim to establish a strong working relationship with the client built on trust, reliability, and exceptional service.
