- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
House cleaning cost depend on variety of factors, including the size of the house, if there are pets, how many rooms, the material of the rooms ( wood floor, carpet, tile, etc.) and service required. Initial cleanings, deep cleanings and one-time cleanings are charged by hour. After having all the information about your house and kind of service I will give you an estimated time for the job. Charging by hour it will give us the peace of mind that you are not paying more than you should and I am not getting more or less for what I worked for. Occurring clients have a flat price after their initial cleaning that depends on the frequency of service. Doing it this way you will know what to expect with each clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free in-home or over the phone consultations. In a in-home consultation I will tour your home with you while we discuss the cleaning needs in each area of the house, then we discuss time, price and schedule a service day. This process usually takes 15-20 min. Phone consultations usually take 10-15 minutes. In this process I will ask you to provide the most information possible about each area of the house that you want to be cleaned. You can also send pictures so I can have a clearer image of the work I'm going to do. I have my own cleaning checklist but I also offer a personalize cleaning plan according to your needs and budget.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 1999 I started working as a maid at a hotel where I acquired the ability to manage time and quality of cleanliness. in 2004 I decided to create my own cleaning business while raising my children which gave me the opportunity to manage my schedule and fulfill my duties as a mother. I've always liked cleaning and organizing. learn new techniques and tips that can help me do a good job and improve my business.
