This review speaks to the quality of the company’s professionalism, not to the quality of their work.
After initial contact with Pan Homes, I was lied to twice about when I would be contacted and who would contact me. A few weeks later, I finally received a visit for an estimate. The employee was late but courteous and politely hinted that our renovation project may not be large enough to make it worth Pan’s while. However, he promised to look at the numbers and contact me the next day.
A month later, I have yet to hear anything from Pan Homes. I did check all my inboxes, including junk mail.
While I understand every company needs to make their money, I do think that it fair to expect a contractor to follow up on promises. If they cannot follow up on a simple estimate, how can they be trusted with the complexities of a larger project? They have lost my trust and my recommendation for friends with larger projects. I hope this review will help Pan grow in their respect for customers and basic professionalism in their communication.
