We unfortunately dealt with two floods in our home this year from outside water. In both cases we felt pretty nervous about mold forming and residual odor problems, particularly with the water being storm surge rather than culinary water from an inside source. We worked with ZeroMold and found them to be accessible, professional, and on time. Their treatment left us without any problems going forward with mold or odor. Jerel is awesome first of all. He is very understanding of mold and mold related health issues that can come from high levels. Professional, prompt, and 100 percent non toxic to us. Really love him, his vibe and this company. So grateful I I found them, I wouldnt use another company now that I know about these guys. Garunteed for a year I think but they didnt need to return until 3 yrs later for me and only because of the way my townhouse is situated. Its unavoidable. Anyway you will not regret trying them for sure!

Shopped around for a while, got this company on a referral, showed up on time, Jerel was very professional, and very friendly. Educated us on our concerns and interest with testing for mold, very honest, straightforward. Did not upsell, and we have worked with a lot of different companies and a lot of different contractors I would strongly suggest using Zero mold.

We just purchased a new house and had some mold in the basement. Jerel was really helpful in walking us through the process of fogging... That was new to me, I knew that you could fog for pests but I never thought about it for mold. He didn't air quality check and we were able to pinpoint certain locations, we made an appointment and he came back about a week later. He's extremely nice and I would happily work with them again.
