- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is determined by the volume of items to be transported in our dump truck. We have established a minimum service fee, commencing at $125/$150, which includes the removal of items equivalent in size to a refrigerator. Subsequently, pricing is scaled based on the overall scope and magnitude of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon scheduling an on-site quote by phone, our experienced crew will promptly visit your location, assess the items in question, and provide a complimentary on-site quote. Should you find the offered price agreeable, we are prepared to initiate the removal process immediately. However, if the provided quote does not align with your expectations, rest assured that there is no obligation or pressure to proceed with the service. Your satisfaction and informed decision-making are our top priorities.

I possess over six years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, specializing in home remodeling. Having dealt with my own junk removal during various remodeling projects, I've gained valuable insights into the challenges and inconveniences associated with waste disposal. This direct experience has equipped me with practical knowledge in waste management logistics and a keen awareness of the importance of efficient and responsible disposal practices in construction.
