- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're the convenient and reliable option within the junk removal space. We may not always be the cheapest option, but you'll get the white-glove experience as our customer. However, we'll do our best to compete in pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As we accept same-day junk removal, we're quick to respond to inquiries. Typically customers will send a photo of the junk to be hauled, we offer a price and show up on the agreed upon time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in tech for 12 years and dealt with customers all the while. I know how important the end customer is to the business and how critical a 5-star experience is. I'll ensure to stay communicative and reliable so I can win back your business in future projects!
