I started my construction journey by converting a sprinter van into my nomadic apartment, then sold it to buy a rental property and built a full-feature basement apartment.
Loving real estate and construction (Georgetown University for real estate finance), I merged the passion and work on buying, improving, and fixing properties as my full-time job.

Amazing work by Ian. Shows up on time, communicates well, is efficient, capable, resourceful and understands that he's working in someone's home...low impact, cleans up after himself, turned off his phone so it wasn't making distracting noises. He's become my go-to project guy....everything from hanging pictures, to patching drywall, building a frame for my frame TV as well as a mantle from scratch and mounting it, putting together a 3D rendering for the 200 sq ft workshop he's going to build for me. He has quickly become indispensable.
