- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My average fee for most single family residential properties is $450.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Then once you are ready to get started, I’ll schedule a time to go see the home or property and ********************************, i.e. about updates, renovations, and any other pertinent info. Once it’s complete I’ll ***************** with the finished appraisal in pdf form, or I can send a hard copy if needed. Afterwards I’m available for questions or explaining how the value was determined.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began appraising in 2002 and I have worked in California, Idaho and Utah. I have an associates degree from Weber State and I have taken 100’s of hours of real estate appraisal classes. I have trained several appraisers and work for many different companies nationwide.
