- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide transparent pricing and our price will not deviate unless you request additional work to be done after the project has begun. (At which time your bid will be updated and sent to you).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by having a detailed conversation about how you envision your tile installation. We then schedule the project after understanding what roles each party will be responsible for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thorough understanding of ANSI requirements and TCNA, NTCA guidelines. Training in several methods of shower pan installation. Training in multiple water proofing methods including Schluter Systems.
