A nice young man named Kaleb came over to my house and looked at the project and the part that I have that needs to be replaced (it's the dial that controls how much air goes into the jets). Happily he said that he would be able to get another needed part in within a week and would come back and do the project, for a reasonable cost. However that week came and went and he pushed it back another week and another 2 weeks, etc. etc. and soon a month had gone by. Then by 6 weeks he just stopped responding to my messages all together. No explanation. Totally ghosted me. So I wasted all that time when I could have just gone with a different company to begin with.
