I contacted Sam and he was at my house fixing my gutters the next morning. We had changes to the house that left a gutter uncapped and causes us a drainage problem. Sam was quick to evaluate and then fix the issues with a new downspout and cap, and he cleaned our gutters while he was here. I tried to hire several people to clean gutters at a new house that has been vacant a while. The gutters were so bad that water was getting inside. Happy Sam was happy to do it and the price was so much better than others quoted by people who never showed up. Happy Sam came right away and cleaned them so well that I no longer have water breaching the inside of the house. I plan to use him again.

It was great having Sam come look at the gutters and do some repair/cleaning. We had some areas of gutters spilling over and a part where the neighbors tree had banged up a house corner gutter. He was able to come out and understand exactly where the problems were. It was spilling over enough that it was causing worry about saturation in my basement walls. He came out and did his thing and it happened to rain/snow about 2 days later and I didn't see a single spot where it was spilling over. Thanks for the peace of mind, Sam.
