Tanner, the owner and principal worker of RARE, is a man of impeccable integrity. Couple that with unmatched attention to the details of his work, and you have an excellent final product. Rare Construction - Tanner - did an amazing job on our railing for front porch. It turned out beautiful. It is unique and so much better than the standard railings you can get anywhere. He is the absolute BEST. And reasonable! I would highly recommend RARE CONSTRUCTION.
