- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the big question how much? always good to ask is job by the hour or by another method. not all jobs can be done by the hour, some are done by the sq. ft. and other details taken into considerations. like special or tricky cuts, skill set of a job, 1 thing always to remember is having the right tools the knowledge and resources is not cheap.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to throw ideas out there and give different cost factors as to possibly save money and or benefits of some products over others. also tell them to be aware of home shows and other publications to get great ideas from.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
all of my training has been hands on and of course alot of youtube U.
