- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each month is the same price whether there are 3 or 6 lessons in the month. Lessons are prorated 4 lessons per tuition month. The client sets up an automatic payments, so that monthly payments are easy and seamless.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally meet with each new client to find out their goals and plans. I want to match my service to their needs. I regularly send out the scheduling calendar via email, as well as send notifications of upcoming events and recitals. I keep parents informed on their students' progress and notify them if something needs attention. When a parent asks something of me, I try to respond the same day if possible. I take seriously the success of each student and try to give top notch service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned the Nationally Certified Teacher of Music by both the Utah Music Teacher's Association and the Music Teachers National Association. I often attend the Music Teachers Association conferences and workshops. I continue to find ways to be a better teacher, as well as study ways to be a service-oriented business owner. I am interested in my clients and treat them as individuals.
