Unlike many other service companies, we don’t charge by the hour. When you schedule with us, you’ll know the cost upfront—no surprises. We visit your location, assess the project in person, and provide a free quote based on the specific work required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love welcoming new customers and aim to build long-lasting relationships! Our pricing is always transparent—you’ll know the cost upfront before any work begins. To get started, we simply need your name, phone number, email, and address. You’ll receive a 2-hour appointment window, and your technician will text you when they’re on the way, giving you a more precise arrival time. It’s that simple! For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

Our owner-operator brings over 25 years of experience in the industry. As a master of his trade, he knows the construction business inside and out. Before founding Today Home Service, he successfully built, operated, and sold several service companies, demonstrating his expertise and commitment to excellence.
