- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike many other service companies we don't charge an hourly rate. When you book with us, rest assured you will be made known of pricing before any work is done. We come to you and upon inspection, offer a free quote once we've seen exactly what your project entails.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers and hope that they turn into lifetime clients! We are always transparent about our pricing upfront before any work is ever started. We just need a name, phone number, email and address to begin work. You're given a 2 hour time slot and expect a text from your technician once he is en route to your home for a more accurate time frame. It's that easy! We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash for your convenience. :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner operator has been in the business for 25+ years. He is a master and knows all the ins and outs of the construction trade. He has started operated and successfully sold several service companies previous to starting Today Home Service.
