Introduction

I grew up with my dad showing me how to be a handyman. I was always the one helping him fix what was broken in our home. He taught me the meaning of integrity, to always do the right thing even when no one is watching. So I always try to do the right thing for my customers, even when it doesn’t work out for me. My military experience also amplified what my father taught me, honesty, integrity, and trustworthy are the qualities I try my best to show my customers!

I usually explain my pricing, fees, etc face to face so there is no misunderstandings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting as much details about the job as possible, whether it be me driving out and looking for myself or having the customer send me photos of the job in question. Once I get all the info I need, I then go over the estimate with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a full time job as an apartment maintenance tech so everyday I’m honing my skills as a handyman as well as learning different ways of fixing something from my coworkers!
