Richard responded to me at short notice and had an availability for my tenant next day. A professional calm man with all his tools handy. He came over and found the problem with the fridge through a sequence of well-planned troubleshooting steps. He was able to get the fridge to work until a replacement part arrived, and sure enough once that part arrived he called me and we scheduled another appointment to fix the fridge for good this time. I would use Advantage Services again for any future repair. Thanks Richard.

Richard was super quick to respond when we reached out for help and was great at communicating through the whole process. The replacement piece and labor cost were of course overpriced but that’s business. Ended up just buying rather than fixing, and Richard was able to refund and cancel the order for us so quick!
