Company was super responsive and showed up in the early part of the service window both times. They were not able to fix the issue, but only charged the service call after coming out twice to fix the issue. Will definitely hire them again in the future for any appliance issues!

Richard responded to me at short notice and had an availability for my tenant next day. A professional calm man with all his tools handy. He came over and found the problem with the fridge through a sequence of well-planned troubleshooting steps. He was able to get the fridge to work until a replacement part arrived, and sure enough once that part arrived he called me and we scheduled another appointment to fix the fridge for good this time. I would use Advantage Services again for any future repair. Thanks Richard.
