- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free water check to see where the water went. We have a few ways to help a customer in need. Most of time the job will be an insurance claim and normally we do not take any money from the homeowner unless a deductible is applicable. The invoice is sent to the insurance company kind like a doctor. If insurance is not an option or the job is under the deductible, then we give an estimate where they can pay out of pocket, or we will even finance it in some special cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a homeowner calls with a water damage, we get a truck on the road right away to come help. We try make it as easy as possible for the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
