- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our projects are featured at an unheard of one low flat-rate of $49/hr. with a 2-hour minimum. No matter the job. As a veteran-owned business, we provide 10% military discount to all veteran homeowners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving your call, one of our friendly office members will intake your request and double check your info for accuracy. One of of handyman experts will be assigned to contact you and set an appointment with you for a Free In-home Budget-friendly Estimate, he will meet with you at the appointed time to discuss your home improvement projects. You will receive a written, emailed estimate for your review and approval. Once approval is receive, your handyman expert starts the project at the agreed time and day. Most often, same day service is provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All team members at the Handyman Toolbox are certified through the National Association of Certified Home Improvement Professionals. Many have 10+ years of hands-on experience, on-the job training, master-skills mentoring, and/or trade school training.
