- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job presents its own challenges and customer personalization. I chose not to treat my fences like a fast food menu but rather like a catering company. A fence is a big investment and you deserve to pick exactly what fits your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With their being so many options of fencing available, I like to meet with my customers to get a detailed description of what their vision for their home is.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've worked two jobs for the last 10 years. With the Fire Department taking so much time away from my family, I wanted to start my own business. Now I get to decide what days (in addition to the FD) I will work and spend more time with my family.
