Extremely happy with the genuine care and service they provided. Made my experience as a first time buyer smooth and way less stressful. Love that they looked for what I wanted and what was best for me and my little one. Compared to other agents I tried using before going with Optima, the other agents tried to pressure me into buying houses that were in bad shape and/or way out of my comfort, payment wise. However, my experience with Optima, it was amazing. Even till this day, any question I have or need regarding my house, even though it is not mortgage related, they still help me no questions asked!! They answer immediately, provide and put me in contact with people that can help me.
