- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting I will provide you with a questionnaire to get familiar with your exercise, eating habits, and your goals. Off of this information I will provide you with nutrition recommendations. Then we would start your initial fitness assessment. I use a personal training software that helps me closely monitor your results throughout the entire process. For your first week I will provide you with a free workout plan for times you are not training with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified personal trainer from the International Sports Science Association since 2012. I have several years of experience in boot camp and circuit training during my time of service in the US Armed Forces.
