- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I have 3 standard packages, but could modify as needed to meet your specific needs. First package is 'Chemicals Only'. I come once per week and check and maintain the chemicals. The second package is the 'Chemicals & Clean Package'. I come once per week and check and maintain the chemicals. I empty the skimmers, pump basket, and pool cleaner net. I remove all leaves & debris from the pool and sweep the steps ans sides of the pool. I also perform a backwash as needed. And visually check the pool equipment to ensure a small issue does not become a larger issues. The third package is 'Vacuum Clean Package'. This package is the same as the basic clean package, but I vacuum the pool each visit in addition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer, I first email an service agreement. This is not a term agreement. This agreement list the job you are hiring Parsons Pool Service to perform. It also gives written permission to enter the property to clean the pool. Agreement can be emailed back, or I can pick up at the time of your first visit. During the initial visit, I like to meet in person and go over the location of the pool equipment, and go over any other potential questions a new customer may have. The initial visit typically last longer than the following visits.
