Wow, what an exceptional experience! I knew immediately (before he even arrived) that Dusty was going to be awesome. He was so polite in all of our correspondence... always yes ma'am and thank you ma'am... which told me that he was respectful and that he had good values. He also was amazing at keeping me in the loop which included texting me when he was on his way and explaining what he was doing and why. He also made sure that we were constantly aligned on expectations and made sure that he was doing everything just how I wanted it. And on top of that he didn't mind me asking 1,000 questions about things he wasn't even there for... like goats and plants and even wild pigs (hahahaha yes you read that correctly). He was happy to share all his extra expertise at no additional cost. :) He didn't treat me like a customer, he treated me like we had known each other forever. I really can't say enough great things about him. Go with Dusty, you will NOT regret it. I most DEFINITELY will be using Dusty for all of my future electrical needs. He is the BEST!

Dusty was very responsive to my inquiry. We just bought a farmhouse and we needed a vent hood installed. I noticed right away how polite and kind he was over our messages. My husband got to meet him and he told me this young man is a solid family man and he really enjoyed talking to him while he was at our house. Dusty will be returning to add a light and two vents in our bathrooms. Great guy!
