Jason Blaylock of Big Country Air has been everything and more that you look for in the service industry !!!! I have used Mr. Blaylock on several occasions due to an aging HVAC system . As we all know air conditioning and heating units never go out at an opportune time! Big Country Air was there in a jiffy getting things up and running in no time ! We had such confidence in Jason we bought our new energy saving hvac system from him ! He then proceeded to install the heating system at night so we would have heat during one of our frigid cold snaps we have had to endure this winter . Installation of the unit was top notch ! I can not say enough of good things about Big Country Air! If you are in need of this service give Jason a shot !

Being new to the area and house, we had calls into 7-10 HVAC contractors when we started having cooling issues in the middle of summer. Most HVAC companies recommended new inside and outside equipment (~15 years old).
Jason was the only one to insist on looking at our existing equipment before quoting prices for new equipment. He was able to identify the problem and repair it. The repair involved collecting what refrigerant remained in our system, repairing the faulty valve, pressure testing the system, refilling with refrigerant, and monitoring the system performance during the cool down from and inside temp of ~85 F (outside temp was pushing 100 F). Jason stayed working until 11pm so we could sleep with AC.
Our equipment performed well for the rest of the summer and winter. Jason was just out again for a spring tune up and we are ready for another summer.
Jason is willing to take the time to assess and repair a system if practical to do so. He has the proper tools and knowledge to complete the job and does so with a professional attitude.
If you are looking for an honest HVAC contractor to develop a maintenance relationship with or to install new equipment, I highly recommend Jason and Big Country Air.

Our electric heat and air was replaced with an American Standard Heat Pump and Air Handler. Jason also added another air return and increased the duct work to our Living Room. Jason calculated our house areas to see what size unit and ducts we needed. The work was done neatly. He cleaned as he worked and there was never any mess. His work was excellent. We were very impressed with the quality of workmanship that Jason Blaylock preformed for us. Our home is now warm in all the rooms and the unit Jason installed is holding our heat at a perfect level. We highly recommend Jason Blaylock and Big Country Air.

Jason arrived on time. He was very professional and found the problem with our heat right away. He drove all the way to Fort Worth to get parts so he could get it going as it was a very cold day. He finished up and did us a great service. We would use him again and recommend him to our friends.

This company provided a professional quote in email pdf. They were reasonable, honest and professional and they did what they said they would on time. Jason installed a split unit ac with heat pump like the pro he is. I will use again when needed.
