FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set to the standard market rates for the repair specifications of your job type each time. That pricing comes from the part type required for your repair and the labor needed to repair or replace that part or parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to have a conversation over the phone to get an idea of the symptoms of the appliance issues. As an experienced Technician, I can usually tell a lot just by a description of the issues a customer is having. This also allows me to know if I will need certain parts before I arrive. If I am able to anticipate the parts needed, then there is a good chance that I can then provide a same day repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through extensive training specializing in Refrigerator and Oven repair for all major brands. But I also have a background in Business Development and Customer Relations. A major part of the home service industry that is so important is that any service professional should know how to work with customers and always be able to set expectations clearly.
