Set an appointment the day before for a 10am cleaning. I reached out to Danielle the day of appointment at 10:30 asking if she was still coming because she was 30 min late. She said she had an allergic reaction to a spray she used but she was still coming. A hour later no Danielle so I reached out again and she said she was coming. Long story short, she never came. I really needed my place clean because I had guest coming in. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Thumbtack should take her off!

She did not show. Stated she was on her way several times and I canceled after an hour and 10 minutes of waiting. Stated she was not receiving my emails responding back to her. I don't like giving bad reviews. But when you are on a time crunch, have confirmed the day before, it is difficult to ignore.
