Hi Sue, I apologize for any misunderstandings on what I was returning to complete at no additional cost. Because the lines are so shallow, you needed a 2” head instead of the 4” that I installed. I returned and swapped it. Unfortunately I can’t repair the line at no cost since it’s a timely repair. To locate, dig, and then repair the line, I’d need close to 2 hours of time including the system test. The $650 covered the 2 line repairs, 9 head swaps, and locating and uncovering/unclogging the remaining. I spent 7.5 hours on site which is $750. The average cost for your job is $850-$1000, I took $100 off thinking it would help since you didn’t expect it to be that many repairs needed. I offered to do it at half price to compromise for the misunderstanding and free once that was denied in an attempt to make things better. I strive for customer satisfaction and these reviews are super important for business. Let me know if there is anything else I can do.

I want to clarify that the project was 75% completed when you requested a change in the stone color after the original color was installed. Unfortunately, the color you wanted was not available, as I had previously mentioned. After settling on a third color, you gave me one day to make the changes before posting your review. I have updated the invoice to reflect the work performed and removed any items that were not completed. Sreeram, I’m sorry you feel this way. The sod suppliers were out of your sod and the first available day that I could get it, I was there. Had I installed the grass on the sides of the house, it would die. That would be a waste of your money. Also, I explained very clearly that I was doing one pallet of sod due to the price that you haggled. I told you if you wanted more, you would need to purchase it and I haven’t heard from you since. Please keep in mind that these reviews can make or break our businesses.
