- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to ensure every client receives personalized, effective training that meets their unique needs. Here’s how it works: Initial Consultation: We start with a free consultation—either over the phone or in person—where we discuss your goals, concerns, and any prior experience. This helps us understand what you’re looking for and allows us to answer any questions you may have. Customized Training Plan: Based on your input, we create a tailored training plan. Whether you’re focused on basic self-defense, situational awareness, or advanced techniques, we adapt the lessons to your skill level, fitness level, and specific objectives. Flexible Scheduling: We work with your schedule to arrange sessions at a time and location that’s convenient for you, whether it’s your home, workplace, or another space. Step-by-Step Instruction: During lessons, we emphasize practical, easy-to-learn techniques. We build your skills progressively to ensure you feel confident and capable. Ongoing Support: As you advance, we provide feedback and adjust the training to keep it engaging and effective. We also offer tips and resources to help you continue practicing between sessions. Our ultimate goal is to help you feel empowered, prepared, and confident in your ability to protect yourself and your loved ones.”
