While remote coaching is all relatively new concept, I know that you'll enjoy it At Focused on Fitness, we specialize in helping people in their 30s, 40’s 50s and 60s who usually make/made others in their life a priority with a proven plan for results. We provide you the tools to feel confident in your own skin and stop feeling so overwhelmed with all the information on the Internet. We provide a support and accountability system while you lose weight, fat, build muscle, tone, and rock your newfound confidence. You change what you track and by tracking and following the strategies below Focused On Fitness can support your health and fitness journey. Habit Coaching: Any regular occurring behavior that is advantageous to your mental or physical health. Sleep: You should look to get anywhere from 6 to 8 hours of sleep each night. Strength Training: You will be strength training 3 to 4 days per week. Mindset: understand there are peaks and valleys and everything we do you want to maintain a positive outlook during your fitness journey. Hydrate: hydration helps get rid of all the toxins in your body we should look to get at least half our body weight in ounces of water per day. Movement: look to be moving your body on non-training days to support your health and fitness journey Nutrition: Food is fuel. Portion control matters we want to build a healthy relationship with food. Focused on Fitness is extremely passionate about seeing others succeed. We have been established for 10 years and have helped hundreds of clients lose weight, lose fat, build confidence, tone up, and reach their health and fitness goals. We have certifications and experience in transformation coaching, nutrition coaching, health coaching, group training coaching, and strength training coaching.
